Im new to this site so I don't know if im in the rite place..
Basically ALL i want to do is install kodibuntu on my HP rp5700 Business Center PC, when booting up the pc it show a message " if you are installing unix then you need to configure your system with BIOS utilities" something like that. Has anyone ever installed unix on this pc ?? Now i don't know much about UNIX and LINUX but i imagine they are the same, so apologies if i am mistaken.
You are at the right place, no problem. Welcome to the forum.
Without an exact description (as opposed to something like a description) i do not know for sure, but i suspect what is meant is that you may need to switch to Non-UEFI. Enter your BIOS configuration menu to do so.
Actually they are not, but close enough to be counted as the same in this instance. If you are interested in details follow this link and the threads mentioned in there.
