Can anyone tell me how to change the IP address on a unix server, as I have no idea whatsoever. Thanks ---

Normally, by changing the IP related to the host in /etc/hosts - but it may matters what OS you are using. Post your OS and version for further assistance or search for your OS, change, and IP in the forums.
