How to boot Fedora 8 from USB

Hi, friends, can anyone suggest me how to boot fedora 8 from USB flash drive? thanks.

Have a look at the following article:

When you boot your computer, you need to tell it to boot off of the USB flash drive and not the hard disk.

my fault. full question is like this. i have installed fedora 8 on my laptop and it is preloaded with vista and i haven't touched the mbr. what i want is to use usb to just boot the fedora on my laptop harddisk. right now i m using the bootable grub dvd to boot in the system. i want to use bootable usb drive to just boot in to the system. thanks.
