Hitachi Airis Mate 2007, Unix 5.0

Hello everyone!

Today we have a problem and decided to ask people on this forum maybe someone can help.

At our medical center we have an Hitachi Airis Mate MRI system, yom 2007 with Unix OS (don't know exactly the version). As usually, in the morning we started up the system normally and it started to boot up and make necessary tests. It didn't manage to load the desktop and while testing, appeared white screen. We are able to write down anything from the keyboard but when entered, it doesn't do nothing. We tried everything we know (exit, reboot, restart, quit and others). So, our question is if anybody knows this problem or somehow could help us with this particular system.

We do not want to restart the system because this could be harmful.

this is a medical system and so there should be a service contract for this kind of hardware. please open a service call with the contract holder.
we won't make guesses on such kind of harware which can make the problem more bad as it allready is!
