[help]Win98 doesn't respond

My system is combined by Win98 and sco opensever.......but when Win98 is starting .my computer doesn't respond........what can i do?

One reason Windows 98 is not booting up may be that the Master Boot Record(MBR) may have instructions that SCO Openserver has written to it or some third-party software has written to the Master Boot Record. Do you have access to a Windows Emergency Startup Disk with FDISK on it?? If so, you can run the command fdisk /mbr at a command prompt(command.com on the startup disk) to clear the Master Boot Record(MBR) and replace it with the Windows Default. However, you may need to reinstall SCO Openserver to put its settings back in. Do you have a menu that appears each time you boot the machine that asks you which Operating System to boot??
