I have installed solaris 10 over VM ware in windows machine. now i want to share the files from windows to solaris. how can i do so.. and pls tell if through putty i can access the solaris from windows machine without logging onto VMware.
Hey Bartus, actually both the operating systems are on the same machine, could u pls tell if winscp would help here....as ip would also be same then for both.
It depends how you configure network in VMWare. But if you manage to get putty working to connect to the virtual machine, then WinSCP will work as well.
