I have a task of resizing the Solaris Partitions.
This server contains SVM. Kindly let me know the steps in resizing the partitions and precautions.

you didn't say if its enlargement or reducing..
basically, iirc, all you need is backup and restore..
I suggest you make full backup first. the image of whole drive.
then you partition and format new disk, and restore slices on it.
added bonus is it gets defragmented.
you can skip the swap.
edit: er, I'm not sure how SVM would change this procedure..
Solaris Volume Manager volumes and UFS filesystems can be expanded in size but cannot be reduced in size without rebuilding. You can expand RAID-0 (stripe and concatenation) volumes, RAID-1 (mirror) volumes, and RAID-5 volumes and soft partitions.
If necessary, you can concatenate a volume that contains an existing file system while the file system is in use and use growfs to expand an existing UFS file system to fill the larger space.
You really need read the Solaris Volume Manager Administration Guide, understand your existing disk and volume layout, design your new layout, and backup your system (and test your backup if critical data!) before attempting to change anything.

Yes it is increasing in size and not reducing.
All are raid 1 here. So I will take the back up of the mount points available here and In case if the available harddisk is not enough and I need to add a new disk for resizing ...what are the steps ...for doing
