Anyone pls help me

If the Solaris machine is a server and you are accessing it over the network using Exceed, putty or even telnet then fonts on your workstation are what will be used, if you are doing graphical stuff then the X-server on your workstation (e.g. exceed or cygwin) is where the font is selected.

So how do you access your server?

@TonyFullerMalv: Citrix through putty

So it is the Citrix server where you are getting your fonts from.

Tnx TonyFullerMalv! Can u help me which font is using right now in Terminal and how to change it.

You need a Windows expert but I imagine Putty has a setting.
According to this:

you change the font in the session settings, Courier-new or system are fonts worth trying first.
