Finding common entries between 10 columns

Hello, I need to find the intersection across 10 columns. Kindly help.

my file (INPUT.csv) looks like this

There can be duplicate entries and the no. of entries in each column can be different.

Kindly help us by telling how the result should look like. What to do with duplicates. What tools you's prefer.
