DNS problem?

I uploaded a new domain and I am having problems with the paths...

Works..shop.mydomain.com/index.php?main_page=contact.
Does Not Work..shop.mydomain.com/contact/.

copied the entire directory from a working directory and changed the appropriate paths where necessary (as usual) so ...?

The .htaccess file got lost in the upload process.

Instead of removing your post could you please share your solution, in case one of our other members encounters a similar problem?

The title should be changed then because the problem and solution were not related to the title. How do i change the title?

-> "Go Advanced" -> "Title"
