could somebody guide me how to put the unix script output on windows desktop without doing FTP everytime...kinda automation.

If you *really need help, give us enough information.
You could run cygwin on the desktop with an sshd server running, then use ssh from the unix host to pipe the output to a file on the Microsoft Windows machine. You can set up the keys for the session so you don't need to type the password for each ssh invocation.
