Disable Maximize/Resize on GNOME

Hello,

I would like to know wether if its possible or not to do the following:

1) Disable the maximize button on a "particular" window.
2) Disable the resize option on that "particular" window.
3) Disable the right-click properties that appear when you click on a minimized app thats sitting on the menu bar.

Any help on any of these 3 points will be trully appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Depends on the window manager. The default window manager, Metacity, is very low-key by design, but some of what you want may be doable via a custom skin, and/or with the Devil's Pie plug-in. Or you could switch to a different window manager; I recall Sawfish would be pretty much configurable to do the things you want (but it's not well-maintained, alas).

try searching in gconf-editor for maximize, minimize, etc.. u may have to click the checkmark to search every instance - but it disabled them on everything..
