I don't know if it's just me being dense, but I can't seem to find a definitive location for deleted files in Debian, like the Trash folder in Ubuntu, any ideas where 'deleted' files go?
Probably:
~/.local/share/Trash
but i think i just read something which made me wonder (in other words: don't bet on it. I had to look it up myself and found it with:
find . -name '*trash*'
but my knowledge of find is limited (there might be smarter solutions with find).
On my Debian 6.0.x...
cd ~/.local/share/Trash
I don't have the current Debian version so it could have changed but is highly unlikely...
