I faced one problem when i made shutdown to my server AIX pserise/6000
the problem is the console (my console is outside not inside the server) corrupted during shutdown and restart so in this case I have to reinstall the linux in the console to allow me manage LPARS in the server but the main problem here I don't have a backup from the configuration for both server and console How can I solve this?
are you using an HMC?

I think you should open a PMR with IBM.
I have opened Ticket with IBM,and they came to us at the department they detected the problem from the main profile
(super administrator) is corrupted and we didn't have another profile used instead this, so they told from us CD backup for Console but also we don't have, the last action occurred from IBM they ordered CD HMC to recover configuration
