We have two servers A and B (both running Solaris 10) out of which one is application server and the other is database server. The two servers faced certain network issues and the two servers were temporarily disconnected.this happened around 5AM GMT monday.Can anyone suggest some log files or commands
which can give network errors logged onto the serever during that time .

so the servers were disconnected from the network or they lost communication from the network? was there someone involved with the disconnect? both servers had issues communicating at the same time? are there other servers on this network segment? have the servers regained connectivity ?
please elaborate a bit more on what exactly happened so we can help you out. in this situation (as in most) more info is better. there could be a number of different reasons why this happened.
as for logs, /var/adm/messages and fmdump are two things you can look into. do you have sar available ?
Kindly look into the /var/log/syslog and /var/adm/messages files
