Cloning a solaris system

I have several Solaris 8,9 and 10 servers.
I need to refresh them and avoid doing any OS upgrades. I may have to apply patches when I am done due to the new hardware.

My current servers have internal disk and my new target servers (same processor types) will have only SAN storage. Once the migration is done I will be booting from SAN.

With AIX and HPUX they have utilities that allow me to create backup copies of the server as an installable image. I don't have a jumpstart server available.

I was told I could create a jumpstart CD for every server but I don't have RW CD on each source server.

Any suggestions on how I can create a cloan and transform from boot from internal to boot from SAN?

I was thinking of doing a flash installation, but I don't know if I can change from DAS to SAN for boot
