arabic setting in solaris

Hi,

i have a file which show text on window like,

 
insert into test values('   ');

but when i open this file in solaris it don't show like

 
insert into test values('���� ������� ��� ������');

i also want to see the line same as it is on windows

"localeadm" should be your friend...
