After having waiting 2 hours, should I restart the server and restore old system ?
IIRC c46 means installation is in progress. Make sure that you do not use Half Duplex with your ethernet and if you don't give it more time. If you use Half Duplex interrupt the inst, change settings and start over.
c46 is "normal installation processing", according to this. As long as the display doesn't change the normal installation should be running. But i have to concede that 2 hours is a bit long. Maybe troubles with the installation media resulting in low read reates, frequent re-reads or so?
Edit: shockneck is correct, if you install over network it might be the "full-/half-" problem again, also described here.
