AIX Execute Permission Denied

Having problems with installing RPMs using ./install.sh and restarting OS using Shutdown -Fr.

Always throwing 0403-006 Execute permission denied. I'm on root and permissions are already set for directories and files.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
