I think this page can help you.

Add or Attach New Hard disk to Linux Machine

Assuming that both machines had the same host adapter:

Change the SCSI address on the second hd so that is different from the boot disk. Check SCSI termination. Add a write protect jumper if this is available.

Boot the machine with both disks installed.
Run 'mkdev hd'
Enter the info for the second drive, rebuild the kernel, and reboot.
Run 'mkdev hd' again, entering the same info as before.
This time fdisk and divvy will be run.
You should not have to change anything in fdisk.
Be EXTREMELY careful in divvy. You can erase everything in seconds!
Do not change any FS types, start or end addresses, or create any new file systems.
Use the 'n' option to rename the file systems so that they do not conflict with the names on the primary drive. (eg change root to oldroot, u to oldu, etc).

Run scoadmin->filesystems, and mount the filesystems that you require.

thanks all,
i think it is very denger to mount IInd harddisk in same sco 5.0.6 due to
first i want to save my Ist active sco unix, if there is no other solution then
i will try in same sco system
thanks

You never said why the failed machine does not boot.

If it is because the hard drive boot or root file system is corrupted, then putting the drive in another machine as drive 2 is the only way to get data from the drive.

If some other component failed, such as the motherboard, then you can build another computer from any Pentium class machine just by installing the host adapter and the hard drive.

If the host adapter is integrated into the motherboard then you might consider removing the hard disk from the machine that works, and installing the disk from the failed machine, booting and backing up to tape or an ftp site.

Thank you, yes, first one server damage/currept root file system and display non system disk. and there was two mount point one "root" "usr1"
Is there any bootable cd linux/unix ,so i can boot from CD , can it auto
mount scsi harddisk that was HTFS type.

You should be able to make an emergency boot floppy from your running machine.
Start scoadmin->filesystems->floppy system manager

The 'No OS' message is serious; it means that the boot sector is corrupt, not the boot filesystem.
