while starting apache i'm getting this error
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
Plz guide me to resolve this issue..
Simple:
There is a rule that says any port under 1000 can only be used by root...

Please see if your system is already usng port 80.What user did you use for the apache service?
